  Head circumference: 9–10 inches
• Small Preemie – approx. 2–3 lbs
  Head circumference: 10–11.5 inches
• Preemie – approx. 3–5 lbs
  Head circumference: 11.5–12.5 inches
• Small Newborn – approx. 5–6 lbs
  Head circumference: 12.5–14.5 inches
